We work with a range of distribution partners across the world to delivery our products to customers. You can find a distributor with our online map here. If you can’t find a distributor in your country, just contact us here and we can help directly.
We offer sample of many of our consumable produts. To request a sample, simply find the product you are interested and contact us with the catalogue number. We will let you know if a free sample is available.
For Equipment, we may be able to offer an in person demonstration or trail product, through ourselves or our overseas partners, contact us for more information.

Yes! Its easy to get a quotation. Simple add the products you are interested in to your basked, then hit “Get A Quote” at checkout. Fill in your details and a member of our team will be in touch with your quotation.
Ordering and Payment
Yes! Any product that shows a price on our website is available to order online. Simply add it to your cart and checkout using one of our payment methods.
No. You can order and pay online without an account. If you have an existing credit account with us, you can choose to pay with it during checkout.
Yes! If you have an existing credit account with us, you can choose to pay this way during checkout and you will be invoiced as normal.
No. By default, all pricing on our website is shown without VAT. On our product pages you can find a switch that looks like this:
This allows you to toggle between VAT exclusive and VAT inclusive pricing.
VAT will be added at checkout unless you upload a VAT exemption certificate.
You can pay for your order online using a credit or debit card or you can choose to pay with an existing credit account. If you would like to use another payment method or set up a new account, you can choose “Pay via return call” and we will contact you to progress your order.

Delivery
For orders places directly with us, we have a standard lead time of 2 weeks. Delivery times can vary based on your location and import restrictions.
For orders to the UK, delivery times for in stock items will be significantly faster.

Order place through our website are delivered free of charge, as long as the total order value is above £100 GBP.
This FOC delivery applies worldwide but the buyer will be responsible for local taxes and duties on arrival.
For orders placed via PO or other methods, the delivery charge will be shown on your quotation or order confirmation.
Yes! All of our products can be delivered worldwide. When buying products from outside the UK please be aware that all local taxes and import costs must be paid by the buyer.
